    WORST DRY CLEANERS I HAVE EVER, EVER, EVER BEEN TO!! I gave them a white blazer to dry clean, I went to pick it up and it was dark grey, after expressing my concern they took it back and asked I come back before 5 in 3 days, I arrived at just before 5 to pick it up and they were closed early. I went back the next day and my expensive blazer was still grey. I then went back and forth an additional 2 times before they said there was nothing more they could do! I requested a refund and they replace my blazer, they refused and said they would give me a credit (as if I would ever trust them with my clothes again!!)... super poor customer service. I believe this happened to my blazer as they do not clean the filters in their machines... definite sign of a business who cuts corners and not one I would advise any one use. I was so filthy I sent a lengthy email with evidence to their head office... who never replied to me! So dodgy! I am now left out of pocket with a ruined blazer I can no longer re-purchase!!

    I sent a quilt to dry clean it came back the same a little bit fresher but not cleaned at all ...

    I went into Regal Dry Cleaners with a very expensive and very dirty jacket, to see if it could be cleaned and recovered back to its original colour.

    I received an SMS when my jacket was ready which was great as i had forgotten that i had dropped it off.

    when i went in the staff where very pleasant and explained to me the process and procedure that was taken to fix my jacket.

    i highly recommend the service it will be worth while.
