  We are so pleased to have Leticia as our property manager. She has been managing our property for quite some time now. She is highly professional with great attention to detail. She is prompt and well versed with rules and regulation around tenancies. She has really worked hard to safeguard our interests over time, in particular, finding quality tenants and maintaining our property. We would highly recommend Leticia as a Property Manager.

  This review is for Lauren Pokes, Property Manager at McGrath Estate Agents Stanhope Gardens.
  
  Lauren has been our property manager for a few years now. We have been through a fair few property managers over the years, but Lauren easily stands out above all of them. Lauren is very professional, incredibly easy to deal with, and very responsive all the time. Lauren has given us valuable advice many times and also helped us to make the right decisions a number of times. She always protects our interest and also takes a good care of the property and tenants. Honestly, having such a great property manager makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Lauren if you’re in the market for someone to look after your property.

  Lauren Prokes has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. In all my years of renting I've never had a better experience than I have with Lauren. She is always so friendly, approachable and incredibly efficient. Communication is never an issue and I feel confident in her ability to assist me in any way possible. She also adds a personal touch by taking the time to learn of my situation, my family and even my cat! This is not something i have experienced anywhere else before and really shows me Lauren cares about her work and her tenants. I would recommend Lauren to anyone who is looking for a property manager, you will have a wonderful experience. Thank you Lauren for all you do!

  Lauren, you are a star property manager at McGrath Estate northwest and they are lucky to have you. I have been interacting with you for quite sometime and can say that you are very professional and prompt in attending to request from landlord and tenants. You proactive advice us about the site visits and send us the reports on time. You follow-up on the pending jobs and keep us posted via email or phone.   This review is for Lauren Prokes (my Property manager)
  Laura has been a very flexible and hard working person in regards to me and my house. She has been very vigilant and attentive property manger.
  
  She has attended to all my needs regarding my lease and my fridge which has been very helpful, she has assisted me with no delays and made sure I was comfortable within the walls of my home.
  
  Even though she’s only been here for a short while she has managed to achieve many things that is now beneficial to me and my family.
